Start with this – stay away from being a people pleaser and taking everyone’s advice that comes at you – learn to filter! No matter who is giving it or how important they may be in your life – it’s not always the best advice for you. Whether it’s your wife or your boyfriend or your mother or your boss – listen to your gut – what advice makes sense and resonates with you and what feels like you should leave it behind? Remember – if you made the decision then that is the best decision for you! The results may not always be brilliant but the lessons will be.
Try this – Practice Presence. This means being right there and not on the phone!

I love this – ‘Go in to the cave of your fearful thoughts and shine a light on them’ – this is the best way to understand and eventually eliminate them. Coming to peace with pain is one of the key ingredients for successful personal and professional transformation. This means challenging thoughts, ideas and fears that are just plain uncomfortable. Try it and you’ll see what I mean. Your psyche spends much of its time avoiding painful situations – doing the tough work first, speaking to a boss or friend about an issue, understanding which fears in you are making you jealous of someone. Nothing in life gives confidence like scrounging up the courage to face fears. I can help you to access them and let it go paving the way for happiness and success!

Here’s a thought – What do you think of a company that gives some or all of its profits to ethical charitable causes? Warren Buffett has pledged to give away 99% of his fortune before he dies. The Giving Pledge is a commitment by the world’s wealthiest individuals to give away the majority of their fortunes to philanthropy before they die. Bill and Melinda Gates are part of the Giving Pledge. It’s a commitment to donate at least half of a donor’s fortune before they die. Gates has already given huge sums.
